Mud Australia porcelain is a handmade product and should be treated with care during use. In the dishwasher, make sure items are not touching. To avoid scratches on the glaze ideally your porcelain will either be stored in plate racks or use linen/felt between each item.

Sudden changes in temperature (eg. from freezer to oven / from oven to cold bench) is likely to cause thermal shock, which will damage your porcelain. Always put cold items onto wire racking when placing in a hot oven. Always place very hot items onto either wood or cloth.

Slight irregularities in size, glaze and texture reflect the handmade nature of the product and should be embraced.

As the gorgeous Mud Australia products are quite delicate and fragile we do not offer shipping on their products to avoid any damage to your items.

Mud Australia products are pick up only (click and collect) and can be collected from our Mosman Park store at your convenience.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

7 day returns and exchanges. Customers must contact us within 7 days of order being delivered to be eligible for a return.

Gift Vouchers, Fragrances, Body & Bath products and SALE items are not eligible for returns.

Due to hygiene reasons earrings, hair pieces, hats, bodysuits and swimwear, and lingerie (bras, underwear and undergarments) are not eligible for return, exchange or refund unless faulty.

We do not offer refunds for returns (store credit or exchange only) unless item is faulty.
