Shipping

We offer free shipping within Australia for orders over $300 (excludes bulky items)

We offer a $10 flat rate for standard shipping within Australia for orders under $300 (excludes bulky items)

We offer a $15 flat rate for express shipping within Australia (excludes bulky items)

We offer a $25 flat rate for all international shipping (international shipping is not available for bulky items)

 

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by their country.

 

We use the Australia Post network.

Standard Post is estimated by Australia Post from day of dispatch within:

  • 2-4 business days for Perth Metro Areas
  • 4-8 business days for rest of Australia

Express Post is estimated by Australia Post from day of dispatch within:

  • 1-2 business days for Perth Metro Areas
  • 1-4 business days to rest of Australia

Standard International Post is estimated by Australia Post from day of dispatch within:

  • 4-7 business days for New Zealand
  • 5-9 business days for United States
  • 5-10 business days for Europe

 

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays or due to circumstances outside our control.

 

For Bulky Items

(1-5kg)

  • We offer a $30 flat rate for standard shipping within Australia
  • We offer a $35 flat rate for express shipping within Australia
  • International shipping is not available for bulky items

If more than one bulky item under 5kg is purchased we will contact you via email with an extra shipping quote if extra shipping costs are required.

(5-20kg)

As shipping of heavier items can be quite expensive and can vary significantly based on weight and location it is being shipped to, we will contact you directly via email with a shipping quote for your order.

If you would like a shipping quote for your item before you place your order you can contact us at shop@darlingdomain.com.au and we can provide you with a quote.

For larger items we typically use commercial courier services over Australia Post depending on prices.

 

If you are unsure whether an item you are purchasing is considered bulky your shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout based in weight and the Bulky Rate will be the only option available at Checkout.

 

Click & Collect

We offer a complimentary Click & Collect service from our Mosman Park boutique. Once you have placed your order, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be ready for collection.

Upon collection, please present your order confirmation or collection notification email.

 

Order Processing

Once you have placed your order, please allow for 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or Western Australian public holidays so please allow for more dispatch time on these days.

During sale and promotional periods, processing times may be extended due to increased order volumes.

 

Order Dispatch

Once we had dispatched your order you will be sent a confirmation email by Australia post with your tracking information. If you have not received a confirmation email from Australia Post within 7 business days of placing your order please contact us at shop@darlingdomain.com.au so we can follow up in your order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout. Darling & Domain is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

 

Lost or Damaged Goods

If an item is damaged in transit, you must contact us within 3 days of your order being delivered with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Claims made outside this timeframe may impact our ability to investigate the issue with the carrier and may not be considered.

If an item is lost in transit, you must contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date provided by Australia Post so we can follow up on your order. Claims made outside this timeframe may impact our ability to investigate the issue with the carrier and may not be considered.

If authority to leave is selected or permitted by the courier, Darling & Domain is not responsible for parcels once delivery has been completed.

 

Once your parcel has been dispatched and tracking has been provided, Darling & Domain is not responsible for shipping delays caused by Australia Post or third-party couriers. However, we will assist customers in lodging delivery investigations where possible.
