Store Manager
With the on-going support of the owner your role will be to:
- Ensure the high bar of customer service excellence is maintained at all times
- Manage a small team of sales assistants
- Management of all day to day store operations
- Overseeing of on-line sales fulfilment
- Refinement of store operation policies
- Work to team based sales targets
- Stock management
- Creation of content for social media channels
Experience expectations
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a love of developing customer relations and creating a wonderful environment for customers
- 3+ years’ experience in a retail setting (fashion an advantage)
- No actual store management experience is not a disadvantage but experience in a 2IC role a benefit
- An ability to solve everyday retail issues
- Self-motivated and an ability to get the best out of staff members

Sales Assistant
For either a casual, part time, full time role, we are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our sales team. The role will include:
- Delivering customer service excellence
- Assisting with all store day to day operations
- Work in tandem with other team members
Experience expectations
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a love of fashion and or homewares
- Be confident with clients
- Be friendly and personable
- Previous experience in retail
