The Long Robe

PLEASE NOTE:

  • This garment is handmade meaning each is unique. They tend not to be perfect, you may find slight colour variations in the painting. These are not seen as imperfections rather as part of the beauty of a handmade product.

CARE FOR ME:

  • Light iron on reverse over the print prior to first wash to keep the longevity
  • COLD wash on a delicate cycle
  • Mild detergent
  • Coloured robes - The dye never runs but excess dye comes out with 2-3 washes and leaves the kimono print softer
  • Line dry
  • We do not use any chemicals in our printing process. The prints will slightly fade after a first wash and the fabric will become even softer!

If an item is damaged in transit you must contact us within 3 days of order being delivered with photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. Claims made outside this timeframe may impact our ability to investigate the issue with the carrier and may not be considered.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

7 day returns and exchanges. Customers must contact us within 7 days of order being delivered to be approved for a return or exchange. If an item is returned to us without approval we will not accept your return.

If a return item is damaged in transit on its way back to us we are NOT liable for the damage and cannot offer an exchange or store credit.

Gift Vouchers, Fragrances, Body & Bath products and all sale and discounted items are not eligible for returns. Due to hygiene reasons earrings, hair pieces and hats are not eligible for return, exchange or refund unless faulty.
