Made from Resin

Sage x Clare resin products are individually made by hand - making each piece totally unique. Here are a few tips to give them all the love and care they need!
- Our resin pieces are for cold food presentation only and do not like heat
- They can be washed in warm water when needed
- Avoid abrasive cleaners or cloths, as they may scratch or damage the surface
- Rub with a gentle cloth and a drop of cooking oil to restore their sheen
- This resin is not heat proof! Please don’t use the dishwasher, oven or microwave
- Please take care when handling - a hard knock or drop will likely result in breakage
- All resin pieces are food-safe and pass required testing
Note, all resin colours are mixed and poured by hand. As a result, each piece is one of a kind and will include inevitable variations in its colour, swirl pattern and opacity. This is part of its beauty and is not a fault of the product. Our imagery endeavours to give you as accurate a representation of the product you’ll receive as possible, but please be aware that no two pieces are exactly the same.

We use the Australia Post network or Courier Service for larger items.
Standard Post is estimated by Australia Post from day of dispatch within:
- 2-4 business days for Perth Metro Areas
- 4-8 business days for rest of Australia
Express Post is estimated by Australia Post from day of dispatch within:
- 1-2 business days for Perth Metro Areas
- 1-4 business days to rest of Australia

Returns
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
7 day returns and exchanges. Customers must contact us within 7 days of order being delivered to be approved for a return or exchange. If an item is returned to us without approval we will not accept your return.
*We do not cover costs for returns*
If a return item is damaged in transit on its way back to us we are NOT liable for the damage and cannot offer an exchange or store credit.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS
Gift Vouchers, Fragrances, Body & Bath products and all sale and discounted items are not eligible for returns. Due to hygiene reasons earrings, hair pieces and hats are not eligible for return, exchange or refund unless faulty.
