Globe West Delivery and Shipping

At Darling & Domain, we're pleased to offer Australia-wide delivery on our GlobeWest furniture and homewares collection.

As an authorised GlobeWest stockist, all GlobeWest orders are dispatched directly from GlobeWest's Australian warehouses using specialist furniture carriers to ensure your pieces arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on product availability and your location.

  • In-stock items: Generally dispatched within a few business days, with most metro deliveries arriving within 3–10 business days after payment has been processed.
  • Regional and remote areas: Delivery times may be longer depending on your location.
  • Pre-order items: Estimated arrival dates are displayed on each product page. These dates are provided by GlobeWest and may change due to manufacturing or shipping schedules.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll be contacted by the delivery carrier to arrange a suitable delivery time where applicable.

Delivery Service

GlobeWest furniture is delivered by experienced furniture carriers.

Unless otherwise stated, deliveries include:

  • Delivery to the nominated address
  • Placement of boxed items in a safe and accessible ground-floor location where possible
  • Careful handling by specialist furniture transport providers

Please note that standard delivery does not include:

  • Assembly or installation
  • Removal of packaging
  • Removal of existing furniture
  • Delivery above ground level where safe access is unavailable or prior arrangements have not been made

Some larger items may require additional handling or a two-person delivery service. If your property has stairs, limited access, elevators, or other delivery restrictions, please let us know before placing your order so we can ensure the appropriate delivery arrangements are made.

Before Your Delivery

To help your delivery go smoothly, we recommend:

  • Measuring all doorways, hallways, lifts and stairwells to ensure your furniture will fit.
  • Ensuring someone over 18 years of age is available to accept delivery if required.
  • Advising us in advance of any difficult access, stairs or building requirements.

Additional charges may apply if special delivery requirements are not disclosed before dispatch.

Delivery Areas

We deliver GlobeWest products throughout Australia.

Some remote or regional locations may attract additional freight charges or have extended delivery timeframes. If this applies to your order, we'll contact you with a freight quote before processing your purchase.

At this time, we are unable to deliver GlobeWest products internationally.

Inspecting Your Order

Please inspect your furniture as soon as possible after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your delivery, please notify Darling & Domain within 48 hours and include photographs of both the product and its packaging where possible. This allows us to work with GlobeWest to resolve your claim as quickly as possible.
